CNC milling and turning from drawing.

Send a drawing or STEP. You do not need to choose the process (mill/turn) — we assess it. Material, tolerances, quantity, deadline: feasibility and price in the reply.

RFQ

A drawing is enough.

You do not need to choose the process. Drawing/STEP + material, quantity and deadline (if known) — feasibility and price in the reply.

  1. 01
    Drawing or model

    PDF, STEP, DWG, DXF…

  2. 02
    Material

    grade, if known

  3. 03
    Quantity

    pcs / batch / recurrence

  4. 04
    Deadline

    desired delivery, if known

Straightforward parts

Ordinary parts as well.

Complexity is not the same as axis count. With multiple setups, a fixture or a suitable process sequence we also handle more demanding geometry — the decision comes from the drawing, not marketing copy.

Prototype to series production

Volumes: single · prototype · batch · series.

The same drawing can go to one piece, a first batch or repeat series. Fixturing and inspection scale with volume.

  1. 01
    Single part

    Replacement or one-off piece.

  2. 02
    Prototype

    Trial batch / validation.

  3. 03
    First batch

    Batch + inspection plan.

  4. 04
    Series production

    Confirmed revision, repeat delivery.

FAQ

Short answers.

A precise answer requires a drawing.

Do you make single parts and prototypes?

Yes — single parts and prototypes from drawing/STEP. The same baseline can move into series.

Do you do series production?

Yes. In series we fix revision, fixturing, inspection and delivery schedule.

Which materials do you machine?

Steel, stainless, Al, engineering plastics. Other alloy/grade with drawing — feasibility in the reply.

Does a complex part always need a 5-axis machine?

No. Feasibility depends on geometry, tolerances and fixturing — not only axis count.
